This is a special junmai sake made with Hokkaido Comet, which the brewer says is "the most typical junmai sake of Kamikawa Taisetsu Shuzo.
It was brewed to be an old-fashioned ginjo-shu, brewed with Showa-era ginjo yeast and firm handmade koji, which is different from the fashionable flamboyant aroma.
